Well i think it depends on what type of men he is.
If he is more like a real men type, you could hire a boat and go fishing with him.
You could surprise him with a candle little dinner one night.
Or if your man like those sort of things you could get him a massage.
I like surprising my partner by taking him away, taking him on a weekend away without telling him what we are going to do...or just taking him for a nice dinner....hope that helps :)
