Try and ensure that the information DCO has is current, correct and relevant to the serving meber and their family. Ensure that their staffed are trained to the DEFENCE ways, not civvy street. Defence life is VERY different.
Ensure that families ARE contacted if member is delpoyed. Preferably prior to deployment not after they get back.
Ensure that there is consistancy across the board with DCO and DHA.
